• Day-to-Day handling of potential and quantified cargo claims per Global SOP. • Acknowledge and investigate cargo claim to determine and evaluate whether ML liability exists. • Send LOA (Letter of Acknowledgement) and Claims Brochure per standard templates. • Coordinate and nominate surveyors, as needed • Timely register all claims in Case Management (Potential, Quantified, Claim Recovery). • Follow-up on Cluster claims status to avoid time bar. • Collect all documents associated with the incident and upload in Case Management. • Evaluate if any 3P liability exists. If so, send out 3rd party hold responsible notification. • Coordination of any trans-load or cross-stuffing required because of an incident. • Monitor and track progress of claims resolution and incidents to ensure good customer experience.
