-Adhering to the standard process and customer specific IOP’s and monitor respective KPI’s -Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally -Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders -Identify and execute upselling opportunities -Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires

Requerimientos Mínimos
-The ideal candidate must have over 2 years of logistics experience with Control Tower process import export “Intra-Americas”. -Candidate must have an University degree -The candidate must have Advance level of English. -We are looking for a candidate with Intermediate to Advance user level experience with MS Office. -Must have End-2-End process knowledge SCM and Product Knowledge SCM -We are looking for a team player, someone with great communication skills, a candidate able to work and follow with manual processed defined -Remote management -Stakeholder Management -Customer Centricity -Composure Nice to Have -Inland experience Process of shipment to US is a nice to have. -Vendor Management and PO management will be nice to have. -Someone with International commerce or logistics education -Lean/OPEX knowledge
